today…

I actually ate breakfast! Yay. I know that I’ll be much better off if I continue to do even just that. I’ll feel better & eat less at the end of the day. (Proved to be true today). I feel more awake after I have some food in my tummy too. :) 

Then tonight I busted my ass at a cycling class. I got there a little late, but it was such an intense workout. I also skied the last two days, so I was soooore! It felt amazing. My legs are going to be hating me tomorrow. Especially when I go to another class… 

I’m just ready to change this. Looking at thinspo & wishing I was skinny isn’t going to make me feel better about myself. It’s only going to be worse. I’ve had this UGW for so long. I should have been there months ago. It’s doable, I just need to focus & get my self moving!
